Question 1

Why a flat fee instead of % of spend?

Accepted Answer

Percentage fees reward the agency for spending more of your money — the UK norm is 10–20% of monthly spend (verified September 2026). Our flat £395/mo means a winning campaign never costs you more in fees, so our incentive is your result, not your budget.

Question 2

Does the £395 include my ad spend?

Accepted Answer

No — your ad budget goes direct to Google/Meta, so 100% of it works for you. £395/mo covers strategy, management, creative refreshes and reporting. You always see exactly what is fees and what is spend.

Question 3

What if I want to stop?

Accepted Answer

Cancel any time. The ad accounts, data and history are yours from day one — no hostage-keeping, no exit fees.

Question 4

Is there a minimum ad spend?

Accepted Answer

Growth Management comfortably handles up to £5k/mo spend. Above that, Scale Partnership takes over. We will tell you honestly if your budget is too small to produce data.
